How much is shipping?
UPS ground shipping is free! We do offer other UPS services including 2-day and next day. If you need an item urgently contact us and we will work with you.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We do offer bulk discounts! Please reach out via the contact us form to have a sales rep contact you.
Do you have other products?
Yes, we have access through our vendors to many different brands and condition (new, renew, used, refurbished). If you are looking for any servers, storage or other IT equipment email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can work with you to find the best solution within your budget.

When will my product be shipped?
Most products will be shipped out next business day from the date of purchase. If purchased after 2 pm it will be shipped out 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please reach out if you need your product quicker.
What about returns and damaged items?
Returns & Damaged items:
- If the item is Damaged during shipment DTSCT will asses the damage and decide the best course of action. DTSCT will send out either a new unit or parts to replace the damaged item.
- The buyer is responsible for taking and sending pictures to DTSCT showing the damage to the unit and packaging. Send all pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org
- All items damaged during shipment must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.To report a damaged item email email@example.com
- All returns are assed on a case by case basis. If you would like to return your item email firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the return is accepted the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- All items are sold in the condition defined on the listing.
