Returns & Damaged items:
If the item is Damaged during shipment DTSCT will asses the damage and decide the best course of action. DTSCT will send out either a new unit or parts to replace the damaged item.
The buyer is responsible for taking and sending pictures to DTSCT showing the damage to the unit and packaging. Send all pictures to returns@dtsct.com
